Predators vs Oilers

3-1 Oilers FINAL

GAME REVIEW

The Oilers ground out a 3–1 win in a hard, honest contest, finally putting it away with a Zach Hyman empty‑netter in the dying minute. Edmonton carried more of the play, but Connor Ingram — officially named Edmonton's No. 1 goaltender earlier in the day — made them earn every inch. He was composed, sharp, and the only reason the Predators stayed within a shot deep into the third.

The victory gives Edmonton the season series 2–1 and nudges them closer to the top of the Western playoff picture. Nashville, meanwhile, remains in the chase but with no margin left for missteps. A hard game, a necessary win, and a reminder that both clubs are playing for something real as the calendar tightens.
